Start by getting in touch with your date, venue, and a little about your plans. We’ll confirm availability and work out the right package or custom quote with you. Your booking is secured with a signed agreement and a $600 CAD booking retainer, which goes toward your total.

The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding. Your agreement and invoice will set out the payment details. For celebrations across more than one date, we’ll confirm the schedule with your custom quote.

No. Our package prices, extras and displayed estimates are in Canadian dollars. No GST is charged or added. Costs that need a personal quote, such as destination travel or expedited delivery, are discussed with you before booking.

Green offers eight hours with one filmmaker for the essential moments. Blue adds more coverage and a second filmmaker for a fuller perspective. Red includes twelve hours, a longer highlight film, a teaser, and separate films of your ceremony and speeches. Start with the moments you want captured, and we’ll help you find the best fit.

Yes. You can add coverage, a second filmmaker, extra films, or a luxury USB keepsake to your package. If the standard packages don’t suit your plans, tell us what you need and we’ll prepare a personal quote.

A second filmmaker is helpful when preparations happen in different places or you want more perspectives on the same moment. Green includes one filmmaker; Blue and Red include two. We can talk through your timeline to work out what will be most useful for your day.

Once you have a wedding date in mind, get in touch to check availability. You don’t need a finished timeline or every detail decided before starting the conversation. We’ll explain the next steps when we discuss your plans.

Yes. Tell us how many guests you expect, where and when you’re celebrating, and which films you’d like. We can create a custom quote for an intimate ceremony, a separate reception, or a celebration that needs a different approach.

Absolutely. Our portfolio gives you a feel for our films and the way we tell each couple’s story. Watch with the sound on, and let us know what resonates with you.

If you cancel, we retain the standard $600 booking retainer and refund booking payments above it, subject to your applicable legal rights. Please contact us as soon as your plans change. Your agreement confirms the retainer and cancellation terms for your booking.

We will contact you as soon as practical and discuss a suitable alternative, such as a replacement filmmaker or rescheduling. If no alternative is agreed, we refund payments for services we cannot provide. If none of the booked services can be provided, all booking payments, including the retainer, are refunded.

Moving your booking is fee-free if we are available. Payments already received are credited to the rescheduled booking. We will confirm the new date and payment schedule in writing and agree any changes to coverage, deliverables or travel costs before proceeding.

Yes. Our agreement includes promotional permission by default, and you can opt out. Email contact@evergreenweddingfilms.ca before publication, or withdraw permission for future promotional use. Opting out does not affect your price or booked services. Tell us about private moments, guest concerns or an embargo so we can record and respect your preferences.

We’re based in the Sherwood Park and Edmonton area, filming weddings across Alberta and elsewhere in Canada. Tell us where you’re celebrating and we’ll discuss availability and travel.

Travel costs are confirmed with your quote. The package builder can estimate local mileage. Overnight stays, flights, and longer trips are quoted separately, and we’ll discuss those costs with you before booking.

Yes. Before the wedding, we’ll talk through your timeline, locations, and the moments that matter most to you. That helps us plan coverage around your celebration and make sure any requested ceremony or speeches films are arranged in advance.

Absolutely. Our approach is natural and thoughtful, with gentle direction when it helps and room for you to be yourselves. You don’t need to know how to pose or perform for the camera.

Every package includes drone cinematography where it’s possible to fly. Weather, venue rules, location, and flight permissions affect what we can capture, so aerial footage cannot be guaranteed at every wedding.

Our wedding packages cover videography. You’ll book a wedding photographer separately, so your photos and your wedding film each have someone dedicated to capturing them.

A highlight film combines selected footage and audio into a shorter story of your day. Ceremony and speeches films are separate edited recordings of those events. A highlight alone does not include complete recordings of every moment.

Red includes separate films of your ceremony and speeches. You can also add them to Green or Blue. Please arrange them before the wedding so we can plan to record those events in full. If you ask afterward, what we can create depends on the footage captured.

Yes. You can choose your own music; share your preferences with us as we plan your film. If you don’t have a preference, we’ll choose music that best fits your day and the feeling of your video.

Your finished wedding film is delivered within three months of the wedding. If you need it for a particular date, let us know before booking so we can discuss what’s possible.

If your package includes a teaser, or you’ve added one, it arrives between one week and one month after the wedding. We often provide additional social media sneak peeks, too.

Yes. Tell us your deadline before booking. We’ll confirm availability, timing, and any additional fee personally; expedited delivery is not automatically included in the estimate.

Yes. Every package includes two rounds of revisions. We share a draft for you to review; send one combined list of feedback for each round. Additional rounds are $150 CAD each. No GST is charged or added. Larger changes to the edit are discussed and quoted before we begin.

Your finished films are delivered in 4K, with download links and a viewing link that’s easy to share with family and friends. We recommend saving your own copies somewhere safe. A luxury customized USB keepsake is available as an extra.

It’s a luxury USB customized for you and loaded with your finished wedding films. It gives you a personal, physical keepsake alongside your digital downloads.

Original camera and separate audio files may be provided on request; they are not automatically delivered with your package. You will need a suitable drive with enough space. We will confirm capacity, compatible file formats and transfer arrangements first. Professional recording formats may require suitable software or hardware. Complete ceremony or speeches films are separate edited deliverables and are included only when listed in your agreement.

Yes. We back up all wedding files, including original camera files, audio recordings, editing project files and finished films, for at least ten years after final delivery. You can request another copy of your finished films at any time during that period. Original files may be provided on request; editing project files are not automatic deliverables. Additional editing is discussed and quoted before work begins.

Tell us what you have in mind. We’ll check the available footage and discuss the film you’d like. Extra editing beyond your booked package is quoted before we begin. Full event recordings are best arranged before the wedding, since a highlight booking may only capture selected clips.
