How we use the information you share with Evergreen Wedding Films.
Questions and quote requests
We use the name, email address, wedding details, selections, and message you choose to share to answer your questions and prepare your quote. Sending an inquiry does not book your wedding or add you to a marketing mailing list.
How messages are handled
Our business email is handled by Google Workspace. Direct website submissions are stored in our private booking workspace, hosted with Cloudflare, so we can respond and manage your inquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect this form from spam. Our email and hosting providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Website services
Fonts are hosted with this website. Our hosting and YouTube providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when their resources are loaded. Wedding videos are embedded only when you choose to watch one. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics.
Your information
We keep inquiry information to respond to you and manage the work you request. To ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion of an inquiry, email contact@evergreenweddingfilms.ca. Booking and payment records may need to be retained separately.
